HIGHER - FASTER - FURTHER

10 x higher data rate (USB 2-> USB 3)
10 to 30 x faster readout time
5x further measuring distance (up to 100m)

With the new ELWI-GER 3000 we are continuing the consistent development in precision measurement technology in mechanical engineering.

The new USB 3.0/3.1 technology increases the data transfer rate from 480 MBit/s to 5 GBit/s with the same or higher cable length (fiber optic technology available).

The measurement frequency in full screen mode is increased by a factor of 5 from 12 frames/second to 57 fps.
For special applications in vibration and frequency analysis, the clock rates can be increased up to the KHz range using AOI technology (Area Of Interest) as well as subsampling and binning methods.

Thanks to Dr. Hofbauer's patented vignetting method, we are the only company in the world capable of overcoming the problems of the classic auto-collimation method and of measuring lengths of over 100 m with angular second accuracy even at extremely large angles (1000 seconds = 17 mm/m) and evaluating them using the tilt method. We achieve accuracies in straightness measurement of 0.5 micrometers per meter, i.e. 0.05 mm for 100 m measuring distance.
(For information: The earth's curvature at 100 m is the equivalent of 0.19 mm).

We exhibit: Laser World Of Photonics in Munich

You will find us in Hall B, Stand 438. We would be pleased to welcome you there to present our various measuring instruments of the ELWIMATⓇ Group. We will be happy to show you how fast and uncomplicated our precision optical measuring instruments are to use. Complicated measuring procedures were yesterday - today there is the ELWIMATⓇ with its various application possibilities.

We look forward to interesting discussions with you. We would also be pleased to arrange an appointment in advance, just give us a call or send an e-mail.

3rd OptecNet Annual Conference in Jena

At our booth we were able to present the ELWIMATⓇ family.

These include the ELWIMATⓇ-AKF Digi 2000 with second accuracy, the ELWIMATⓇ-AKF VIS 1000 with minute scale division and the ELWIMATⓇ-GER 3000 for easy adjustment, measurement and logging. Our instruments are characterized not only by their high-precision accuracy, but also by their astonishingly compact size and the resulting uncomplicated handling. This is precision optical measuring technology - user-friendly and customer-oriented!

Everything is accommodated on one table. The measurement evaluation works with a laptop, PC or touch PC in a handy format.

The result was a lively interest and competent discussions. The topic of optic mounting in 4 degrees of freedom and asphere centering measurement with vignetting field diaphragm method was discussed extensively.
